Do you offer free shipping?

How long does delivery take?
After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Once it’s on the way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 60 days from delivery. Just email us at info@losilo.com and we’ll guide you through the return steps.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Ireland. Our focus right now is delivering the best experience locally. If international shipping becomes available later on, we’ll share the news with our community first.

Once your returned items have been accepted, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Some banks may take additional time before the refund shows on your statement.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available. If you’d like a different size or item, email info@losilo.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
